I have posted this one before, but of all the luck shots I ever got, this one makes me realise more than any of them how lucky one can get.

Heres another example of luck with colors...

Awesome.

This was pure luck for one reason only.

I took the photo with my Olympus OMD

Not the best pic I have ever taken, but we stopped on day three of a 4 day stage race and I took photos of the valley ,when I got home I saw the Fire Rainbow to my surprise .

Lightroom.

I am not a photoshop fan .

Are they not just different programs that achieve the same outcome?

You would still be doing some editing/processing in lightroom?

Iv only heard about it never actually used it, I learnt on photoshop and it does what I need so I don't see a point in learning a new program.

Lightroom and Photoshop have overlapping functions, both has their place.

Lightroom is by far better than photoshop at adjusting general settings, exposure, sharpness, noise, batch editing, organising and rating.

Photoshop is better at selective editing, removing imperfections etc... or taking editing to a very artistic level.

If you only edit the basic elements of the image, and do adjustments, Lightroom is miles ahead of photoshop for this. Way faster and intuitive.

I use both, Im a graphic designer and photographer.

Nope, both are owned by Adobe, but they are don't deliver the same outcome.

You do edit and process in Ligtroom but nowhere near photoshop's complexity .

Lightroom is just more photographic specific, where Photoshop has introduced a lot of photographic features. If you're a photoshop guru you can definitely get the same results if not better.
