javadude Posted June 10, 2011 Posted June 10, 2011 Legally they can send you as much email as they want, as long as they have an opt out link. They are also legally obliged to tell you where they got your email address from. Once you opt out they may not send you any more emails.

You can lodge a complaint against any Waspa member that breaks this rule"

Never bought anything from TDF, so no prior commercial connection either. Doubt it to be SA-Active, been a member for many years, never had hassles.
