I reckon some raw cashews in a yoghurt and couple wines gums for some sweets.

 

Although on pig out day (tonight) i had half a packet of chuckles and half a bar one, shared with the wife of course!

Drink plenty of water, its a bit difficult when its so cold but it fills you up and often you are slightly dehydrated but you interpret this as hunger pains and not a thirst.

Winter has increased my appetite to the point where I am eating at least double the amount I normally consume.

 

Chicken breasts. Obviously a great protein source. I have 2 of them for lunch and that keeps the hunger away till dinner time. If you do need to snack inbetween, have a banana or a low GI Jungle energy bar.

I mix tuna with chick-peas ...high in protein, LOW in fat, HIGH GI and even yummy and one can add anything with it!

 

You can even heat it a bit if you want something warm in the winter!
