Sad news the the guy died, maybe he should have been more vigilant to the "No helmet, no ride" rule.

Which club did he belong to? The club captain should have mentored this poor cyclist into understanding the importance of a helmet.

Was he anyone's training partner? Was he licensed, Elite, Vets+, A bunch? Did he do more road than MTB?

The cyclist was a security guard and the runners were from a club.

To me anyone who rides a bicycle is a cyclist, and it's sad if one is killed.

Any idea how old this guy was.I was wondering what the chances are that he had a heart attack and that the runner had nothing to do with it.

Hub mentality, if a cyclist dies/gets hurt its always the other party at fault,. sigh........ Im just going to go shoot that porcupine that made me crash it was entirly his fault for walking accross my trail.
