Got mine too.

Mixed a 500ml bottle of it.

Was on a horrible buzz for the rest of the day.

Is it supposed to do that to you?

You can't just drink the stuff like you would Energade. You need to take it with a low GI dieet.

I've just renewed my subscription through Vitality +- R90 for the 10 issues otherwise I don't think i would subscribe at normal costs. In this current issue they review the new Scott 20 which was useful. The Ride mag looks impressive.

That is my first choice. A really nice mag with a lot of interesting info.

Probably because you weren't wearing your Powerband...? :P I haven't tried mine yet but thanks for the heads up I will test with caution

Maybe I had problems because I've got one on each arm and ankle...

The effects of mixing the free sunscreen into 500ml water could cause a buzz for various reasons:

1.) Was the water clean / pure or from Haarties?

2.) Was the bottle clean or was the bottom still lined with sunlight?

3.) Did you actually ingest the solution orally?

4.) How much sunscreen did you add to the solution? Do you feel your stomach is now protected from sun cancer?

Actually I mixed the with sunscreen with the 32GI.

1. There was no running water in my house so I had to scoop some from the toilet. It looked pretty clean.

2. The bottle was at least spotless. The Benzine I rinsed it out with killed all the germs.

3. I attached the bottle to hosepipe, hung it upside down and shoved the pipe up my ****hole. This may be the cause of the black marks on my bedroom walls when I woke up this morning.

4. I have a strange grumbling noise emanating from "below". Every time this happens, my dogs look at me in a funny way.

What could I have done wrong? http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_6_1.gif

Bicycling mag sounds close to Runners World for content...bought the latest RW yesterday before boarding a flight to Jhb. Had read the mag before we started the descent...and no I did not board at Heathrow but Durbs.

What did you expect - how much can you really say about running??

Let me sum it up for you:

Running is like walking, just faster! .... The end!

...and cycling is like running, only sitting down!

Face it, 95% of cycling enthusiasts choose cycling over running because it seems like less effort and the gadgets are cooler. :P

I thought that was why you cycled in the first place... I don't run because when you stop you STOP. At least when I stop pedalling I can coast for a while... :D

That is no maybe. I can cycle a race at over 30km/h but I can not run faster then 6min/km.

6min/km is a nice running pace. If you could do that for 42km's, you end with a pretty decent marathon time
