RoboLuke Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 So my resting HR is not moving at all after months. I really would like to see a sub 60 HR (Im 41 years of age). I cant really train more time I'm a week-end warrior but I can change the type of training I do. Whats my best bet?
davetapson Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 Hold your breath while measuring your RHR... ;-)
maddox Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 Tabata intervals twice a week. Shouldnt take you more than 15 minutes. Question is whether you can handle the pain.

Do your best to get through it all!RPE 10+HR 90-100% (use RPE for this interval due to CL)
