Some feedback ladies. I did the 20km Tygerberg Mtb funride today while we had a stand on display there. Not good news. My legs bombed out again. Very frustrating!!!! I did klap it though and it was climbing all the way through Contermans but i suppose TITS are the order of the day!!! Hard work lying ahead. Thank you for all the help. :thumbup:

Yesterday I had a double thick shake and waffle with ice cream for breakfast :D

 

Tonight I'm signing out with two Cokes and waffle with ice cream (with cherry on top)

I have to say I agree the more you ride the stronger your legs will become. It does take two to three years for a person's cycling muscles to really develop. I also had the problem of being very fit yet I did not have strong legs. Just remember to not push it to hard to soon or you will end up tearing a tendon like I did.
