Coming down to CT

I will be coming down to CT (staying in Bellville) for work from Monday to Friday this week (14th Nov - 18th).

 

And im bringing my Force to go and ride Tokai and Majik in the evenings after work. I finish at 4pm ... Mahyem ... Wes ... Cap ... anyone keen to meet up for a dawdle one afternoon? Let me know

you can join us at contermanskloof on Thursday evening next week. We'll aim to get there at about 5:45, ride for about 2hours - awesome track 99% fast flowing single track (except for the climbs which are slow flowing single track!)

Depending on where you are working, Tokai might be a little 'far' to drive if you are staying in Bellville.

Nige, we have put in a temp DH line on that area discussed... The proverbial sh*t hit the fan when we found out the last leg of the DH was never included in the Parks EMP. So while it is still open to ride, with water management in place, the future of this stretch of trail is hanging in the balance.

Wednesday is a great day to go besides for the track Tokai has such wonderful views.

I'll bring the GT along. Just a warning - I'll be feck slow on the uphill sections! 36/32 just doesn't lend itself to climbing, especially on a 20+ kg bike!

An Electro Magnetic Pulse is what you find immediately after the detonation of a thermo nuclear device (atomic bomb) and it shorts out all electronic devices. Kind of "**** hits the fan, then nothing else can happen". Somewhat like the Tokai DH track at the moment.
