Wash it myself - always!!! (evan after it comes back from service)

Use very weak dishwash solution on the frame, literally just put the foam on. Rise well, Apply 2 coats of Mr Min...

On chain and groupo, I just douse/rinse with parafin and dry off.

what do you do with the parafin when you are finished ?

I enjoy yoshimoto . Can be bought at cycle logic cheap . Have found a few products out there way to corrosive .

Some people make terrible choices in life buddy, cheap **** is not always the answer. Rather buy products that are specific to the conditions and dilute them to bring your costs in line. Cheap and nasty means COSTLY! In saying this buying product that is a more than market relation is not the answer as well. If chemical agents can afford to give store free workshop product it surely tells you that there product is cheap to make and not good for your toy and the enviroment. #just saying. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Hey who's your buddy !As far as choices are concerned think that is up to the end user and not a over zealous sales man on the hub !!

I agree 100%.

Klint, maybe you wanna buy some advertising space here?

PM Admin, or one of the mods, they can put you in touch with him. But as far as I'm concerned, you're going against the T&C's of this forum.

Here's a tip chap: If you are that easily offended, I recon you should avoid The Hub - it can be brutal.

Klint, with your washing bikes at SE, are you going to be taking care not to use a high pressure hose etc?

I'd like to use your service, but really dont want to end up with water in all parts of my bike that dont like it.

Hay my husband and I always use Powasol products. Powasol Bike wash and Polish ios the best combo. We race in the Natal events and since I can remember we`ve use Powasol Wash service after races. My hubby asked Klint at an event that he`d heard about high pressure cleaners and that they were bad. Klint replied yes they are but we the help of Karcher they`ve come up with a machine right for Bike washing. The machines Powasol use are bike safe, very low pressure. I remember Klint putting his hand in front of the nozzle and spraying his hand. He didnt even flinch. We trust Powasol products and wash bays, a blessed service in our opinion. Enjoy Sabi I heard its a wonderful race.

We love Powasol products, easy to use and well priced!! I even use there Pepper spray and Weldfast, its a safe way to ride. The weldfast is so cool, I dont ride with tubes anymore. Kev my hubby has tubeless. He only rides with the Tyre weld "Weldfast" on his seat post. GO POWASOL you guys rock!!

An Open Letter to Mr Mills.

You've never met me, so allow me to introduce myself. My name is Andy Daniels, and I own a company called Aspergo Lubricants, which in turn owns a brand called "Yoshimoto".

I take exception to your comments about my product. What qualifies you to make such statements? "Cheap ***", and "cheap and nasty" are not polite terms to use on competitor products.

So here is some sound advice:

Stick to what you do best, whatever that may be.

Stop bad-mouthing my products on public internet forums and to cycle-shop owners.

The sun shines for everyone, not a select few.

The reason Yoshimoto is affordable, has nothing to do with the ingredients (or lack thereof), it's because we price our products by standard 'mark-up' not 'rip-off' I could give away a ton of Yoshimoto and not lose a moment's sleep.

Making soap is not rocket science, which is why home industries churn them out.

In short Mr Mills, kindly cease and desist from this unsporting behaviour.

Regards

Andy
