Feel free to join me & the South Easter for one of the most beautiful courses for cycling in the world!

Wheels roll from Virgin Active, Green Point, at 05h45, on this Saturday coming.

The training ride will follow the M3 - bring visible lighting and/or clothing.

Average speed goal is 29 - 30 km/h.

Bunch riding on the flats; regrouping at the end of Boyes, Smitswinkel, Chapman's Peak & Suikerbossie.

CHECK IN HERE!

'Dale, YOU BROKE THE GOLDEN RULE!!! NEVER EVER CALL IT BY IT'S NAME, OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE A HOWLING SOUTH EASTER. We agreed last year that it will be referred to as "The Tour De Peninsula".

BTW. I'm in.

Arrgghh Dale why you go do this? I was thinking of doing a Durbanville - Stellenbosch coffee ride with you guys. I assume you're not doing the Olympic Cycles funride the Sunday?

Am in too - 5:30? It is light by 5am already!

Sunrise these days at  05:35...

And there might be a cyclist needing ample time to travel from Wellington... 

Why? I thought it was a highway and therefore no cycling on it.

Coz the race goes on it......

I would suggest only joining the M3 at Claremont - the Nelson Mandela Blvd and that hospital interchange might be a bit tricky.

Niklasvm should have the route, but then so should I - just need to find it
