Hmm, if they find out they may.

 

The Yanks get quite protective over their trade marks and there have been numerous cases internationally where they have sued and usually won.

 

Although this is an entirely differant line of business so they cant claim the public may be confused by the logo's during purchase, (which may be their saving grace) the main text and schematic still looks very much like the original, so I would say if they felt aggrieved, there is still sufficient reason to sue for copyright.

I doubt if they sued they would lose on the copy right. That is exactly the same logo. Its ridiculous. I am surprised sometimes by how un creative some companies can be.
