Spat Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Happened around 5am on Sunday Morning, heard it was just outside the youngsfield base ,crazy as there is a huge shoulder with yellow line and then a cycle lane as well. Cyclist (Mahier) was knocked and just left lying there and is in very bad state.

Its one thing for an accident to happen, but it is completely unacceptable for the driver to disappear afterwards. The cyclist could die because the driver is too scared to take responsibility! At 5bells on Sunday morning, and the driver bolted. I can pretty much bet my left nut that he was pissed!
