Will be interesting as I did the Ergofit the last time I had my bikes setup

Heard there was a women doing ergoFit at CWC about a year ago as well not sure if that is still the case.

Yes Irma does the BG fit at CycleFunatic in Durbanville.... and does a great job did my fit there. I'm very happy with the fit she did

Caerus Posted November 1, 2013 Author Posted November 1, 2013 So I've opted to go for a BG fit bike. Prices range from R525 - R600 for 1 bike, R800 for two and can take anything from 1.5hrs to 3hrs. Seems I can only get an appointment in two weeks. Amazing how busy they are.

dirtrider Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 Went for a fit at Bike basement a while back , after years of suffering from lower back pain all sorted now . And with the PDF I am sure I can do the correct setup on all my other bikes .
