I was thinking we can have a thread dedicated to GoPro,

Maybe share best mounting spots on bikes or some good photo's and video uploads.Better ideas to prevent fog build up as opposed to buying those little plasters.

Fav routes and trails for poeple to check out, Perhaps some home made/improvised mounts for bike and body and some editing tricks on the PC.

What do you think?

What i do want to know however how to remove scratches from the casing and the lens, my 4 year old got hold of my gopro.

Try a nice soft cloth and Brasso....

Nothing stupid about it, its all already on youtube and a lot easier to find there as well.

Nice way to bugger up the lens. Scratches CANNOT be removed. But don't believe me, try Brasso and then :oops:

You can buy a new lens separately (at least the one on the housing)

Once the lens is scratched its scratched

 

You want a cloudy lens wipe on brasso then it will really be stuffed

I just got my go pro, and so far ive used it on my helmet, id appreciate links to quality videos.

Also, mounting on the bike doesnt that create too much shake ?
