I have to confess , I rode my bike to the bottle store this morning with my plakkies and no helmet ! I really felt very bad about it but after a few beers I think I may be over the guilt !

The what ? You talking bout that little desert race ? Almost killed me . Sitting still is not an activity I enjoy ! 23H55 minutes cured me of cycling for at least another 2 weeks .

I'm impressed that he rode all the way to the bottle store. It is so close to his front door that by the time he's out the front gate and done one pedal revolution it's almost time to dismount again! It shows his dedication to this wonderful sport of ours.

Hi Linnega

I see you often on our club ride on weekends (coming back from Inchanga when we go out).If you were so against it,why are  you always wearing a helmet when I see you ?

As a matter of fact I have never seen you without one.

Just wondering

Riding without a helmet is not a wise thing to do in SA, it's not even safe to ride your bike on normal roads and he wants to go without his helmet!
