MTBer wannabee Posted January 27, 2012 Share I am slowly getting into this whole roadie thing as i felt riding on the road with my mountain bike was just not on. Normally when i approached a speed hump (the big type that force you to slow down in your car to about 20km/hr) i would ramp it with my MTB.Now when i hit it with my road bike it feels like i am going to break something. Is 30km/hr too fast or am i just being paranoid or are road bikes stronger than they feel. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just make it smooth... Haha, thanks. Its not the frame i am worried about, its the little skinny tyres pumped to 7bar that i am concerned about.
