Petrus se Brand - Knysna

Has anyone ridden this trail recently? Will be riding Harkerville this weekend and would like to do a Petrus se Brand as well.

I rode it in December, what an amazing trail! Those 6kms or so of Singletrack are pure bliss!

Only just reading the last couple of replies so missed this one. Sorry about that.

 

Its raining here, beware its gonna be slippery on those roots at the red route.

Went riding Sat and Monday and I must say it's been a while since I had this much fun. Roots and mud were okay, the soil was something else! Great trail.

I see the "start" is at diepwalle and finish at Hakerville & the route is +- 22km. Can I start at Hakerville and do a return loop?

Harkerville's Red Route gets a lot of love, but for me Petrus se Brand is even more "special".

• From Knysna take the N2 towards Plettenberg Bay
  
• About 4km from Knysna take the R339 Uniondale turnoff to the left and follow this road for 15.5km
  
• Take the Diepwalle turnoff to the right
  
• Continue for 1km and stop at Diepwalle Forestry Station
