What you don't know is that their service is even better in the store...Eat your heart out guys! I serviced my bike a few weeks ago and a few days later received a follow-up call, not from some marketing company that does zip about your complaint, but by one of the family members 'herself'. Had minor problem and was told to bring my bike in immediately....

 

The only problem I have is that they cannot stock my preferable bike make.

 

Ps Veg NT, do yourself a favour, give Chris Senior a call, you won't be sorry. They are human and do make mistakes but he'll sort it out.

I would say that CWC does South Africa proud. It's good to see a LBS giving great service and real specials. It is the only bike store in SA I will actually buy from. I used to buy solely from overseas but I've been spending a fair bit of coin at CWC recently. I'm used to UK & OZ prices and can't fathom alot of the jacked up costs here. Yup I hear all about the import duties and fairs-fair, that is a b*tch for any retailer.

 

It's not often that you walk out of any bike store and feel you've got a good deal over and over again. We all know import duties kill bike shops, clothing store and car importers but it's how you go about it and passing what savings or specials you get on to the customer that creates a loyal customer base.

Lucky you, I had a bad experience with them, and has left a sour taste in my mouth. Not a happy bunny being out of pocket. I guess I should give Chris Snr a call then.

Difficult to argue with this. Professionalism at its best. Not a customer myself, but soon to be it seems! :thumbup:

Shocking service that they did not include a little person in the package who jumps out and tops up your Stans and services your bike at the same time.

 

Come on CWC ... pick up your game!

 

I do like their no postage cost concept they have going now and I am sure they will secure far more sales in doing this, well done guys!

 

 

Wish I could get free postage in Joburg :(

Ummmmm...........

I do not want to throw mud all over the place, but my experiences have been spotty.

I hope that future experiences will be better.

Otherwise they have a great shop.

Just got a pair of crank brother pedals and set of rotors from CWC today. Too bad they ran out of 50/50 pedals might bought some more! Hope free delivery stays for good! Good service!

Big up to CWC again ordered yesterday @ 10am , parcel was here today @ 10 am and they delivering from pretoria to melrose .. gzzzzzz Great work i like your stuff - excellent :thumbup: :clap:
