Apologies if this is a duplicate topic...

I was just wondering if there were some unspoken guidelines for leaving NEGATIVE trader feedback?

Recently had a deal go South on me (no money was lost but I lost out on an awesome deal after being promised that everything was concluded) and was really upset. thought about leaving some negative trader feedback for the Hubber but then the anger subsided and thought best no too.

I take my Trader Feedback very seriously as I'm always buying and selling on The Hub but it seems others just couldn't be bothered and do whatever they want!

So, hence the question: are there any guidelines regarding leaving negative feedback? Should we just leave it for anything or is there some discernment involved?

Love to know your thoughts....

no harm in sharing as factually as possible, your perspective of things, but be prepared for the counterstrike, as there are Always two sides to a story.Generally, they tend to get heated and in the grand scheme of things, just not worth the emotive exertion, so often, it's not worthwhile.

But if you must, state your piece, and above all, be honest.

Negative experience = negative feedback. You may just save someone else the frustration you went through.

I understand that but I think there needs to be some maturity and discernment as well so that it doesn't become a personal grudge match...

Hi Shae_SA,

Could you confirm what channel you used to report this to us? I'm not seeing any reports regarding this on Bike Hub itself or on our Support desk.
