Hey it's "world champs", you have to come out with all guns blazing. Deep sections are fast and look cool

Its not how fast you go, but how good you look going slow.

The weather predictions look good.

Deep sections all the way.

Must say I have been thinking about it but two years ago was almost blown of going around the corners down to Campsbay, and that was not with deep sections.

Now I say if I stay within the bunch is it worth the risk, I have done races in strong winds with deep sections it is just the gusts that can take you by surprise.

Think of taking safe option.

You want a new tubby put on or the pucture repaired, If you want the Tubby replaced thats quick. If you want the punctured repaired. Good luck.

New tubby. This is not the time for fiddling and taking shortcuts!

Thinking of a s60 in the front and a s80 at the back. Not much heavier than my aksiums (40 grams in the front, have not weighed the rear).

I suppose with the forcast wind, this will not be wise? Too deep?

I'm sticking to my normal rim in front and 50 mm at the back.

It might be perfect on the Foreshore and so-so in Kalk Bay and be furiously gusty at Smits and past Llandudno.

Very unpredictable...
