As for the next upgrade... I actually don't know?! (Quite rare for me not to have a CRC wishlist a mile long)...

What do you guys thing in terms of bling?

Ooh very nice, it's like bike porn, this may have been a bad thread to start as my list of I wants is growing with each post!!!!

Recently changed my stem to a 60mm kcnc flyride, wish it was anodized red but black will have to do I am afraid.

How about a set of carbon Haven wheels to match the stem? Saw a set on one of those Cannondales at Cycle Lab in CTN and they look awesome!

haha! I already get teased by my the other DHers and dirt jumpers for riding a plastic bike. If I were to ride plastic wheels too I would never live it down

But yeah, those Haven's are mighty fine. Although if you want plastic wheels... Enve is where it's at! A set of their DH rims *droool*

Peaty only used 1 race set for an entire WC season. Amazingly strong! But $2700 per set... I may have to start working a street corner!

So for not I'll just stick to the Crossmax SXs I have on there. They're pretty light (around 1500g per pair), and seem fairly burly

and how are you finding the shorter stem? Do you feel way more "connected" to the steering?

During the 6 week wait for that Easton stem, I was running an 85mm stem. It was terrible. 50mm feels way better.

As far as red stems go I think these look killer

but not to fear... now you can upgrade your bars to red to compliment the black stem ;)

ps. go wide (around 720mm) with a lowish rise (15 - 25mm). Donate the bar ends to starving orphans in Houghton, and you'll have a mean-trail-eating-machine!

Something like these

Bought this off the hub to replace the 'archaic' 2005 F100X Terralogic on my 2010 Epic

But as usual nothing is 'simple' .... the XTR calipers are 'IS' mount and the new fork is Post Mount - but I just happened to have this nifty adapter in a drawer in my bedroom! Ok does mean I have to run a 180 rotor but had one of those as well - bliss :)

It being Talas I can run 90/110/130 - advice provided by Dangle is to run 90 'normally' and at most 110 - what would I do with 130 anyway!

Handlebar time for me, want to replace my RaceFace Respond 710x35mm rise with one of the following:

Spank Spoon 740x5mm rise or,

Da Bomb Bazooka 12.5mm rise.

I think I'll sleep over it and place the order in the morning.
