He's just finished a Farking race, and some little blond child screams his name and he's expected to stop? I'd probably do the same, and just carry on walking. Just too much going on right there at the finish of a big race, one which didn't quite go as he planned b.t.w. He was knackered, mentally distracted from a less than ideal race, and simply missed it.
