Summit Cycles - Outstanding service and HONESTY!

Before the hub police get on my case about there already being treads about LBS services levels etc. I am aware of those threads but the service i have received recently deserves a thread of its own.

While you may have read a few of my posts regarding the service of this particular bike store, the last two weeks of dealing with them have gone a long way in cementing my faith in the their service levels.

I am yet to come across a store with the levels of honesty and integrity that Anton and Evo have shown me over the past few months but especially the last 2 weeks.

They have assisted me in getting a complete new frame due to a crack that they found on my bike. They also fought for me with a supplier in order to get a warranty on a pair of carbon shoes that i bought that had developed a tear in the carbon.

And now they are going out on a limb ordering a new bike in for me as we are unsure if i will have my warranty frame will be in time for Sani2c, But not only that they are trying to make sure that i have the new bike in time to ride the Honda Mountain trophy this weekend.

I am not going to go into detail as to how they have helped me so much as i believe some people might take advantage of their good service level but suffice to say that i am pretty sure that most other stores would not do what they have done for me on the new bike.

Anton and Evo, I just want to say thank you for the honesty, Integrity and level of service you have given me over the past few months. It has far surpassed any level of services i have received from any other bike store.

I concur completely.

I got tired of trying various LBS's in and around me without much success, and I now travel from Centurion to Midrand to have my bike serviced by Summit.

Not quite convenient, but on major services it is well worth with.

Me too. My LBS has taken 2 months to rebuild a set of wheels for my wife

BAD TERRIBLE

Case and point. They built up a new set for me in two days!

They moved close to Papachinos in crowthorne.

The centre is called Memories.

Take New road towards kyalami.

Continue until Plantland/pappachinos is on your right.

At the stop you turn left and immediatly right into the centre Its go some purple fence from the outside and a windpomp.
