I am back in the States but still in transit The timing system was all sorts of awful but my splits were as follows - Swim 1:11 Bike 5:24 Run 4:25 Total 11:13. I am really happy with this time and feel great. I get one weekend off before 8 Ironman races in 8 weeks.
