Have a look at the Cubes. I forget (blame the meds :P) the model name that I bought for our daughter... The wheels were the only bits I thought needed upgrading.

Get A Scalpel 26", the 2 will probably have XT...

12kg's is 12kg's regardless of make. What weight do you expect from a full susser?

 

about 10.5 ...... once its been tweaked ... but about 11 stock ...

No im not buying it for me ... (im actually not buying it ... she is) ... but if i let her choose she would come back with a pink tricycle cus she thinks it looks cool :thumbup: :whistling: hahaha

Santa Cruz is for "Cruising"... :)

 

Well she needs to be able to "race" it as an XC bike - but she is a Downhiller (has a Trek Session 88) so it needs to take the punishment of being ridden hard like an AM bike. ... so that be the quandary.
