Little advice, if you are really good, there is no need to seek a sponsorship, they will find you. If you are just looking for hand-outs like a free bike and entry fees to races, keep on looking, cause you ain't gona find it here.

Getting sponsored is easy! Just go and beat all the riders that are already sponsored and their sponsors will notice you and give you a call. Shouldn't take more than 6 hours training a day, every day for a couple of years. Before you know it you'll be getting free energy drink and 20% of your race entry fee covered! Maybe even free tires!!!

- Get good coverage

- Be humble but back your talent

- Work at everything 100%

- Learn off everyone

 

If it's simply race entries, kit and the like you're after then that's not sponsorship, that's money and do what everyone else does: work your ring off in part time jobs and earn it.

 

Prove you have the commitment and work ethic to get what you want, it's not just about the talent.

I hope from the posts that this is a laaitjie we are dealing with which gives him a license to act stupid. But yes if you are good enough, you will get approached and for that to happen you have to perform really well in a bunch of major events.
