Sagan strengthens grip on green jersey

The green jersey sits ever more securely on Peter Sagan's shoulders on Friday evening after Matt Goss (Orica-GreenEdge) was docked 30 points when he was adjudged to have impeded the Liquigas-Cannondale rider in the bunch sprint for sixth place on stage 12 of the Tour de France.

Would love to know what he shouted at Goss. Looked like a nice Italian profanity, from what I could see....

Sagan's superb handling skills kept him from buying some French property.

He was busy overtaking Goss.

Good call by the jury.

Now just limit damages and get your butt to Paris, Incredible Hulk!

Sorry Mate, was away in Knysna armed only with my PlayBook so pictures harder to come by. Better?

Normal order restored. Nice. She rocks.

Just read that twiggy article in the Guardian. What a legend. I wasn't sure about him before but now I am. Shame his honestly gets taken as arrogance so often by others because he works his arse off to get where he is. Just look at his record.

Thought the jury might've been a wee bit over-strict on that call, but rule is rules apparently.

Watching it I though Goss definitely obstructed what looked like a win from Forrest - he was clearly coming around him and suddenly had to stop pedalling to avoid riding into him.
