The train warned the speeding truk various times. The race card WILL be played as it is a white farmer. The farmer as the "manager" may be charged for negligence being the manager if the vehicle is deemed unsuitable for carrying passengers, transport liscence and others

The real fcker is the driver.

I travel long distance regularly. The BMW and Mercedes driver still drive fast and has no tolerance at all. Saw one passing on a curve with a solid line close to Winbur.

A more worrying fact is the emergence of the Golf and Polo drivers. He relines his seat backwards and lying on his back you only see the top half of a little round head peering over the dashboard, how much he can see through his fake Oakleys he wears racing alon at night nobody knows.

These clucks are the dangerous ones......... And their Kentucky chowing compatriots does not seem to care or realise the problem.

Really sad and gruesome sounding scene. Condolences to the families and friends of those who died. When it comes to collisions with trains, I'd be rather interested in hearing what exactly would be considered safe and proper transport. IMO, the safest would be the one that has an operator/driver who is very cautious and aware of his/her surroundings.

Even if they had been in a bus they would still have died as the driver would still have crossed when it was unsafe to do so. In fact, more people may have died as there would have been no chance of being flung clear.

RIP to those who lost their lives and condolences to their families and friends.

Reminds me of a case a few months back where a company sent a driver to go dump expired food. Not sure where he was supposed to dump it, but it was supposed to be destroyed and disposed of. Driver decided, Hau.... and promptly drove to some township and distributed the food between the people. Lots of people got sick. Guess who got the blame, the company, and not the driver.

Look at the footage again........ It was not a flatbed. Looked like an enclosed isolated refrigeration truck. He would really now be in trouble if the refrigeration unit was on!!!!!

Yet on here we have others immediately drawing conclusions about the driver without all the facts.

It seems they were right with their "conclusions"... Any other comments?

It seems it wasnot the regular driver and he may not have had permission to drive. It also seems the vehicle was licensed to carry passengers. The driver will be up on a murder charge.
