Twas the Spaniards... apparently they love a bit of tack action over there. Cadel tries not to race there, he reckons he lost the Vuelta because of it.

Indirectly, yes. He stopped to give Brajkovic a wheel cause he flatted do to the tacks. In his swerve across the road Levi Leipheimer collided with him and they both crashed.

 

Kiserlovski got the worst of it though.
