Glutamine, whey protein, multi vit and Asker Jeukendrup mix for rides longer than 2hrs and races. Other than this i try and get my carbohydrate needs from either potato, sweet potato and oats during the day with just water on rides

Recover Max after hard rides (usually coupled with 4 eggs on toast) and CytoPower on the ride. Glutamine if it was particularly tough.

Recovery Max is a good product. If you have to travel to a race it is quick and easy to take after the race. It basically is is mix of simple and complex carbs with whey protein. Last time i used it, it did not contain glutamine which is a must for a recovery product. When you are home it is cheaper and more effective to have a whey protein shake and oats with honey after a long or hard ride

Supplements?

Protein

Meat: Red, Chicken, dried

Milk: Low Fat

Snack (Meal replacement)

oodles of peanut butter

Carbs:

@Work: Bar One?

On The Training Bike: Game

Misc. minerals & vitamins: Fruit & Veg

For an 'event' I use 32GI as I've found that it does not interfere with the few PowerBar Gels I take :)

Glutamine, Creatine, Cyto<Whatever> - not convinced it adds value other than a hole in my pocket
