@ Covie. I did not do any Mtb races this year, and did'nt do any of the races you mentioned. Still got 2nd group seeding. Wonder what criteria they used.

k2c Times of prev years i suspect, though i dont trust their seeding systems my trianing partner and i finished most of our races within 5 mins of each other that were racetec timed and het got seeded group2.

Excellent so we are going to be scraping roadies off the "ou wa pad" again

That's fighting talk. I'll be waiting at the finish for you with a cold beer

Just make sure its mitchells and its ice cold otherwise there will be some fighting involved.

Went on a training ride yesterday, 87 km 1480m elevation, cramped up really bad in the last 10 km dont know if it was from being unfit or if its my bike setup as this was the furthest I have ridden on my new MTB

Looks like the roadies are gonna give the mountain bikers a hiding. I hope its not raining otherwise they'll all complain about the mud

haha, hopefully not as windy and hot as last year tho....

Yeah, but my Argus lasted all of 200m, so there goes that theory for me as well. Still 1st K2C, 2nd group?! Must take other road events into account. As a side-note, I did see some of the AMARider things' times being loaded onto Racetec as well (for me 50-Miler and Burger 42) - so maybe they took a greater view of things than Racetec-only. Seeding, the great mystery of bike rides - Who will ever know?!

I'll keep left, smile and wave and just go out and enjoy myself! See you all there!
