Agreed ...... now to go fetch the popcorn :) time for some shimano bashing. (except the XT SLX brakes off course)

Even my brakes is from the SRAM stable. Avid Juicy Three's. Properly bled, not a problem in sight.

lol ran elixir3's and 5's and they are good brakes, put some XT's on last week and dude OMFG :) but thats the only shimano product i wil endorse besides their shoes.

Cool is good!

 

I'll be bringing out the XT, and the Hayes brakes (which I hate), so let's see what happens

 

You wont need brakes :) you free at 60+kmh down the hills and the rest of the time you struggle up the hills.

Buddy of mine has SLX on his SRAM outfitted bike. He also says they are the bomb.

Yup they got that spot on I am afraid to say, they realy are superb.

No such problems for me.

Best of all, it is a 2nd hand set I bought for a song (even the rotors) replaced the pads, had them properly bled and no problems to date. Been using them this whole winter. They squeel like a stuck pig when wet / moist (i.e. when riding in the mist, first pull of the brakes wakes up the dead, after that they are quiet)

Isn't there something wrong if the brakes are screaming going UP? :eek:
