The Ghost Posted January 24, 2021 Share Perhaps you can help me with something I’m looking for, I’m looking for a way to broadcast the sound from my Harmon Kardon AVR to Bluetooth headphones, for when watching TV might bother someone else.HK used to make a product, but I believe they no longer do, and I believe that many others are just unable to sync the sound with the image on screen so the lips don’t match the heard word for example. Any ideas?

Showtime Posted January 25, 2021 Share To all the honorable audiophiles: Please help... I have a vintage Sansui tuner/amp combo, together with which I run a vintage Marantz turntable. Works excellently well. I wonder if there is a bluetooth gadget out there which I can plug into the Sansui amp(those red & white pluggies), to be able to listen to stuff of inet/cellphone etc. Thank you... https://www.geewiz.co.za/smart-home-accessories/105020-all-new-echo-flex-plug-in-smart-speaker-with-alexa.html You can also use a Echo Spot (about R995). They both allow you to stream bluetooth from your phone but if your source is Spotify you link you account and it will stream Spotify using WiFi with your phone as a remote. You also get all the Alexa smarts and it's about the same price as a Bluetooth receiver. Warthog

Piernas Flacas Posted December 13, 2021 Share Hey guys, can anyone recommend an affordable 110 volts line stabiliser to connect my vintage Rotel amp and control amp? My current one has started to blow up fuses after 20+ years of service. The specialist can't figure it out because the internal IC and components have no codes on them. I have a step down converter that seems to be working fine but I've always used the stabiliser as extra precaution and has kept my hi-fi working flawlessly. TIA.
