Chicken sosatie and avo with two table spoons of philli cream cheese. 1l water. This is my second liter for the day.

3 scrambled eggs, Nandos Extra Hot chilli sauce, a tablespoon of butter, coffee and another litre of water. 

 

If I eat as little as you I will throw the kg's quick quick! 

I just eat way tooooo much it is clear from reading this thread.

unfortunately it's the weekends that get me :(

 

And I've only just started riding again after the rib incident. Even tried gymming while I was off... Nuh-uh.
