So there I am giving it my all on Sunday in the crater and the chick about 3 riders in front of me bails down the rocky section. All three of us right behind her stop and the two guys that were right behind her are helping her up (Something I don't agree with as she could have hurt her back and the guy is yanking her up and out the road [which is worse: a stuffed back or bikers riding over you?]). Anyway, what is the correct etiquette here... Me and the other guy not helping her up had a look, and my professional opinion was that she would probably be a bit sore but would life and her head looked ok, so we kept on going.

I don't suppose that there is a right answer, but what would you do?

Guys, I am a qualified EMS. Under no circumstances should you take this lightly..

The very first step is to move her out the path so any other mtbikers can carry on

then the cycling top is very restrictive..remove it immedeatly

Thirdly...find the sternum for CPR, it can be located directly between the breasts. Fondle both and you will find it in the middle

and finally..apply CPR through the mouth in the following routine...CPR 1 2 3 Fondle CPR 1 2 3 fondle

What don't you understand? What breasts are? or how to place your lips to a woman's lips (CPR naturally.. :whistling: )

Also remember that sports bra's are very restrictive and can hinder the CPR. You cannot roll her over either so carry a Leatherman and snip it off gently. Don't want to spoil anything and create more work.. This should remove the restriction allowing the breasts to fall to the side and allow access to the sternum. This is where you call a friend...
