Look - the rant is a bit tongue-in-cheek, the guy is fine and obviously likes his bike this way. I put it up because it looks so incongruous & thought it would get a reaction. Bit of fun. But this??? This??? Tell me its not a crime worse than socks and sandals; or tell us what you've seen that's worse. If you are riding tubbies you would need a spare tyre which you would leave at home and just call someone when you get a flat. I have something called a Poc-Pac which holds a spare tube, levers and bombs and it goes in my jerseys back pocket in the middle to balance my weight on the bike.
