Got it at last.  This works.  Got a sample from a bloke that used it in the Comrades for cramps.

 

Koop jy dit enkel of in 'n boks en hoeveel drink jy? Ek sien jy maak dit aan in water so maak jy dit aan vir 'n race?

Mens kry die in 'n boks of los gekoop.  Sal seker maak waar mens dit kan koop.  Dit nogal lank terug gebruik.

 

Gewoonlik neem ek een op 'n rit.  As mens voel jy raak regtig moeg knak mens een en gebruik dit saam 'n sluk of 3 water.

Ons het ook met tyd dit voor ritte begein gebuik.  Dit het ook gewerk.

As mens regtig wil kan jy 'n bottel water op die fiets hou en as die nood mens slaan een amp meng met water.

Ander produk wat mens na kan kyk vir 'n boost na 'n lang rit is Biotone ook van dieselfde mense.

whats dif between this and slowmag for instance ? they both provide essential magnesium to the body.

This goes to work faster.  And it gives a lot more Mag per shot than slowmag.  And slowmag is a slow release system that takes long to digest.

 

And I found that if you use slowmag (I took 4 - 6 pills a day) my digestive system wasn't happy with me.  Uvimag you don't have that problem.

But I would rec that you take zinc as well.  Zinc helps to absorb mag.

a bit of feed back: i bought a magnesium tab with zinc 660mgs of mag, on sunday i took two before a ride, i rode a hilly course ave 31, no cramps i may have solved the problem, lets hold thumbs and see at R4S

Try Dr Auers Base Powder before you ride.

 

Zinc is great for recovery and helps to rebuild damaged tissue

 

Take Calcium & Magnesium every day, especially when training at high intensity.
