But personally I'd love to see them move on from LA and focus on the rest of the 1990/2005 riders, teams, support infrastructure. he was the visible sore (I'll still say maybe), the symptom of a much larger problem, just focusing on him won't solve the problem. HappyMartin Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 LA doped very successfully and cleaned up, I think the vast majority accept this now, but to pretend or believe or give the impression that he was the main instigator behind doping is naive at least. If we act as though he was the primary instigator then we can pretend that the problem has been solved by punishing him. This will not get to the root of the problem. It will not fairly punish all who were involved. It will not provide a long term solution to preventing this happening again. NotSoBigBen 1
