Yeah, but how far/how long? 5km/15mins a day wont do you well.

 

between 20 and 30 km between one and half hours to two hours and longer on weekends

If the set up adjustment moved her more forward on the bike then it will activate the quads more during riding. She may have really strong hammies in relation to quads for some reason. Which isn't right. She could try some squats or leg extensions at gym/home to strengthen the quads.

 

Other than that - ride more and make sure she stretches quads, hammies, butt, lower back, hip flexors, abductors and calves (in that order) after rides.

Sore back, knees, ankles and shoulders would typically be set up issues.

 

Sore legs are normal as a result of training.

Not quite understanding the issue.
