Warning signs or grading is cool and needed I think, but some places like that rocky climb against the fence by the R21 seems to have been scraped with rocks packed and dumbed down. Hopefully more for erosion control than anything else?

It's the only place I can get to regularly to really practice my technical riding, so hope the tougher sections don't get removed.

Nothing quite like finaaaally clearing a section for the 1st time that you have been stalling on.

Which part is this? Granted that I'm not too badly skilled on the bike and haven't had to get off in Groennies before.

My get-off-and-walk area is the rooty-rocky section where you cross the stream.... had a very nice over-the-bar there last year.

That has been cleaned up a lot, you go right and cross the stream in the "forest" and not at the fence.

there is a rocky climb section towards fountains side ( not bext to the fence) lots of lose rocks and steep incline never been able to do it all the way

also riverbed and then before the riverbed - somewhere a section that if you stop its at an angle down to your left . I once got stuck and with feet clipped in went down to my left lots of rocks hidden in the grass pain fulll . The problem on these rocky sections is not speed but there are so many you bound to hit one coming down even when standing still - still njoy always challenging
