Make use of the technology being used in frames for years. Clamp on bracket thing is a quick fix. As if someone forgot that there's a cable/ hose to accommodate. What would be super awesome is to take the hose in, high up into the steerer (from the handle bar, via the stem maybe) and out right at the bottom of the fork...
