(they are not sold to the general pubic), so it's not a marketing thing. And yes, I know I am not a Hope sponsored rider Thats what i want to know - What truck did they fall off - or who did you have to suck up to to get them!I was looking for some and I couldnt even wangle a set.

The Hope agent begged hope for a set (I think it took 4 months of beging). He built a wheelset up with them. He then wen't over to 27.5" wheels, and because thos particular green hubs use straight pull spokes, he decided it was too much of a mission to build them over for his 27.5 rims. (Apparently straight pull spokes are a bit more expensive and harder to come by). So he put the wheelset up for sale.... and me, being a massive Hope fanboy (from their workmanship to their company culture), I just had to have them. (plus I needed a set of wheels with a 142x12 rear hub). So yeah... that's what truck they fell off
