That's nothing... mine are 30mm, and the new Ibis rims are 41mm wide. 

 

subtract 4 to 5mm for internal width

 

My next set of rims is going to have a 35mm internal rim width as a minimum

Fark, you want to run on snow ..

 

Running a super skinny 19mm rim on the back of my Zesty .. works though.

Nope. I want to run super low pressures to enhance the grip without having to worry about rolling the tire when I corner...

 

 

And use the Schwobbly internal tube system thing when it comes out in Jan.

Yeah, I hear you was just venting my frustration at my skinny rims.

Would like my rims to be in the 23 - 25 mm range.

Sadly the Mavics are 19 and 21.

btw i got sick of having a chain guide, so i took it off and put the NW on, it looks sick(the vomit kind) but diald

 

still waiting on shifters so i can go 10sp

that being said its like 116g and cost R150 in materials, so thats pretty good

Did the Hakahana enduro on this bike so now it's officially my enduro ride  :clap: always wanted an enduro ride. This bike handles anything you through at it! upgrades in the near future: 1x10 setup, wider handlebars, hope rotors,dropper post and tubeless  :thumbup:
