Such a better tour this year compared to the borefest last year. Magnificent stage today and full credit to Quintana again. Fingers crossed he attacks tomorrow and Saturday again.

Alpe d'Huez certainly did not dissapoint today. Pity for TJ, great result for Quintana moving up to third now, watchout AC ( Quintana only 21 secs behind). Happy to see Andy in the break as well. Expecting big things from him next year.

Apparently Contador changed bikes when he stopped up the hill...UCI did a spot bike weight check at the end....not 100% sure - just caught the end of some commentary
