timed his attack to perfection..was lekker to see how chuffed he was at the end

That CAT 2 really broke the break up as well as the main bunch.

It was a tough stage.

Hot. Little wind. Fresh legs after rest day. Lots of attacks.

It was impressive how Froome defended every second today.

Excellent testing surges by 'Berto.

Froome wont let it go, but I it was great seeing the ol aggressive attacking side of 'Berto. Things might not be over yet.... Pity he is not a good TT rider.

Hats of to Porte, what a cyclist to have watching your back!

I'm hoping Quintana can really impress here.

Most likely the climbs are not long enough.

Tomorrow's course:

Predictions for tomorrow?

A bit hilly for Martin but he should still get top 5.

Froome will probably go balls to the wall again- does he ever take it easy.

The youngster from OPQS should do well too.

Haha loved the interview:

Journo: why did you follow him(contador)?

Froome: yeah you're right, I should have just let him go up the road and take the yellow jersey.

Stunning! Haha

maybe Movistar will try and get Rui da Costa in a move on the flat stages - see if Sky can defend the yellow. it should also benefit the sprinters teams if Sky have to chase all day.

my prediction was a few stages out
