Well guys strictly speaking if you are an average swimmer (01h30) and an average biker (06h30) that will leave you 9 hours for the marathon...... Anyone can walk at 5km per hour.... Just saying................true but who wants to go for a 9 hour walk!

Red Zone Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Where can I find a list of the triathlons held in Cape Town and surrounds?The race calenders are a bit out of date at the moment, but look out for Slanghoek 26 Oct, the Woolies charity tri in Nov, Jailbreak 8 Dec. The triathlon SA site has a calender that will probably be updated in a few months when race dates are firmed up.

I think you can get 50% back up to a point. Not at all transferable? that sucks.... it's a lot of money to throw away if things don't work out
