Wow, that must be brutal on the core!

Okay it really sounds like I need to mix up my routine a little more; I just seem to get bored so easily.

That's with a hand ... I want to see with handS :whistling:

Look, when I do this I do it in a room alone with the storm blinds down and door closed.

No one can see me do it

Officially I cannot reveal my secret training techniques more than I have already.

Unoffically, I don't want to post pictures of my blubber on the interweb

Yeah, don't over do it. If you never done it before or on a regular basis do each once and for < than 1 minute each.

Sounds like CH banking secrets

How have the developments with the latest vote affected you?

Yeah except I don't make any money out of it....

Other than feeling a bit unwelcome, no other effect.

If I could vote would probably have voted Yes as well, I'm not keen on the EU way of things

I read the vote concentration was from the rural areas, who, in fact don't have much interaction with EU members. Strangely it would be them who would suffer financially.

But still a massive deal!

Most of the bigger cities voted No I think

It will be interesting to see what happens over the next few years

I agree with their (the locals) concerns with EU immigrants, but I'm also gatvol of reading about auslanders this and that everyday in the press.

And now its home time and a big wind / rain / hail storm just blew in...forking gr8

Training is going well, managed a big week last week, 18 hours or so, 450 km of riding, about 50 km running and 8 in the pool, starting to feel strong. Only 7 weeks to go and 6 of hard training so the end is in sight, at last.

Worst problem is lack of sleep, I don't know how many more 4:30 wake ups I can take I am so looking forward to only getting out of bed when it is light.

Well done, your time for early mornings is coming to an end and mines still coming

koF I got up early on Wed to go running this week for the first time since last summer

4:50am...jinna what a *** idea

The only other person I saw (other than my wife who instigated the whole idea) was a guy out walking exercising his Husky hound

Did you guys see Javier Gomez splits on IM70.3 Panama this weekend?

insanely fast.. especially that run..

If Starky can improve his run he will be able to apply a lot of pressure on the field in the bike leg.

How long was that swim? Doesn't look 1.9km to me with those times.
