the swim ones go off your time over the timing mat exiting the swim - so a bit hit and miss. The rest should be based on your actual number.

I do not know the nature of your problem, but I was near-sighted and did corrective surgery two years ago after getting fed up with infections caused by contacts and swimming/training. It is the best R14k I've ever spent by far...

Who achieved there times? I got a PB but wasn't what I was chasing. Had plenty of demons out there on race day and was probably the toughest one I have ever done, yet its the one I trained the hardest for.

Just made it under my goal time. Missed goal AG position though.

 

Gotta work on the bike....just too slow compared to others. At least I know what to work on this winter
