Why go Arch or Flow?

 

For XC and a lightweight rider @ 74kg ... go Crest

I have a set of arch and crests, and for a rigid I prefer the crests, a little more flex makes the ride more forgiving.

I am also 74kg.

My first thought were the Flow's because of the extra 4.5mm in width but it appears the extra weight is not worth it.

Flow if you want a hasslefree bulletproof tool and your realize the minuscule amount of extra weight is really not going to be the real reason to keep you out of the top 10.

I'm all for strong, low maintenance - but then again everything has its limits so if you can work within the limits of lesser wheels then they'll be fine.

Does anyone know the weight of crests including tires, slime, rotors and cassette please?

Want to compare this to my current wheelset to see what sort of weight saving I could achieve.

Have to agree with Tankman here, Crests are stronger than you think, I'd go with Arch for a 90kg + rider.
