According to the website:" After 4 June applications will be randomly selected to enter the race"

I am also in the lottery to do it again. I seriously don't know how I feel about getting an entry or not getting one.

It says whether you've been successful in the Rider Zone - I wasn't.

Nice money making racket they're running at R50 at pop!

Or ensuring that we all don't ask 50 of our mates to enter with no intention to ride and then simply pass the positive on.

Off to bootcamp we go!

We will be riding for a charity as a mixed team.

Anyone that didnt or did get in, is willing or able to assist, contribute, sponsor, donate or support ... all greatly welcome.

Don't want to start a debate, just a thought.

Morewood, what is so wrong with trying to increase your chances of an entry. What doesn't seem right to me is the parctice of the organisers letting any old rider enter and paying BAIE, regardless of skill level etc, knowing full well that most of them will be wasting their money and time and won't make it past day 3. Thats just wrong. There should be a seeding system before the race (before spending all that money), not during.
